十八届四中全会关于全面推进依法治国决定对提高法治队伍的素质提出了更高的要求。法治队伍素质的高低,取决于成员所受法律教育水平,而法律课程设置的合理与否,又决定了法律教育水平的高低,故法律课程的设置情况对依法治国的推进起着十分关键的作用。我国法学教育发展至今,已经取得了重大的发展并培养了一大批优秀的法律工作者,但仍然存在一些亟需解决的问题。本文以当今法律教育中法律课程设置的角度出发,分析课程设置存在的问题及其表现形式,并提出一些解决问题的想法和建议。
The Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China put forward higher requirements on improving the quality of the contingent of the rule of law by comprehensively pushing forward the decision of governing the country according to law. The quality of the team of the rule of law depends on the legal education level of the members. The reasonableness of the legal curriculum and the level of legal education determine the setting of the legal curriculum which plays a crucial role in promoting the rule of law . Since the development of law education in our country, great progress has been made and a large number of outstanding legal workers have been cultivated. However, there are still some problems to be solved urgently. Based on the legal curriculum setup in legal education today, this article analyzes the existing problems and manifestations of the curriculum, and puts forward some ideas and suggestions to solve the problems.
