利用复位测量技术对工件在磨损过程中进行跟踪复位测量,精确地测定出工件线磨损量的变化,并且作出了结构函数的变化曲线.大量的实验数据证明,用峰结构函数表征磨损表面形貌的变化过程,比目前所用其它各种参数更有效、更准确,而且即使不用复位测量方法,峰结构函数也能够准确地表征磨损状态,故其对于润滑剂研究、材料研究和工艺学研究等都具有比较好的实用意义.
The use of reset measurement technology to track the workpiece in the wear and tear reduction measurement, accurate determination of the wear of the workpiece line changes, and made the structure of the curve. A large number of experimental data prove that the peak structure function can characterize the process of the change of the worn surface topography more effectively and accurately than other current used parameters and the peak structure function can accurately characterize the worn state even without resetting the measurement method. Therefore, it has good practical significance for lubricant research, material research and technological research.
