在市场经济条件下建筑工程的要求正在不断提高,在新工艺、新类型、新材料不断出现的实际工程施工中必须通过强化工程施工管理来应对所面临的问题。本研究以工程施工管理工作为中心展开了深入思考,在分析工程施工管理工作重要价值的前提下,划分和描述了工程施工管理中常见的安全、质量、成本方面的问题,提供了强化安全管理、控制质量管理、严格成本管理等措施,希望为行业进一步提升工程施工管理水平和质量提供借鉴。
Under the condition of market economy, the requirements of construction engineering are constantly increasing. In the actual engineering construction where new techniques, new types and new materials are emerging, it is necessary to deal with the problems faced by strengthening construction management. Based on the analysis of the important value of engineering construction management, this research divides and describes the common problems of safety, quality and cost in construction management and provides the suggestions of strengthening safety management , Control of quality management, strict cost management and other measures, I hope for the industry to further enhance the level of construction management and quality of reference.
