目的探讨运动想象对偏瘫患者上肢运动功能恢复的影响。方法将60例脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分成运动想象组(治疗组)和一般治疗组(对照组),其中治疗组30例,对照组30例,两组均进行常规康复训练,其中运动想象组在常规康复训练前进行“运动想象”。两组均接受1次/d,每次40 min治疗6周。采用Fugl-Meyer上肢运动功能评分法(FMA)、改良Barthel指数法(MBI)对两组患者治疗前、后上肢功能和日常生活活动能力进行评定。结果两组患者上肢功能(FMA)和日常生活活动能力(MBI)积分较治疗前均有明显提高(P<0.01),但治疗组的改善明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论常规康复结合运动想象疗法可提高偏瘫患者上肢功能。
Objective To investigate the effect of motor imaging on the recovery of upper limb motor function in patients with hemiplegia. Methods Sixty stroke patients with hemiplegia were randomly divided into exercise imaging group (treatment group) and general treatment group (control group), including 30 patients in the treatment group and 30 patients in the control group. Both groups received routine rehabilitation training. Among them, Conduct “Exercise Imagine” before routine rehabilitation training. Both groups received 1 time / d for 40 min each for 6 weeks. Fugl-Meyer upper extremity motor function score (FMA) and modified Barthel index (MBI) were used to evaluate the function of upper limbs and activities of daily living in both groups before and after treatment. Results The scores of upper extremity function (FMA) and daily living activity (MBI) in both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment (P <0.01). However, the improvements in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion Conventional rehabilitation combined with motor imaging therapy can improve upper limb function in patients with hemiplegia.
