本文总结了60例甲亢性心脏病的临床表现与治疗,并与同期184例单纯甲亢进行了比较,其甲亢症状体征与实验室所见,两组间无明显差别。甲亢心的主要表现为房颤(58.3%),心脏大(33.3%)和心衰(15.0%),房颤平均年龄为55.3±2岁,心脏大与心衰及甲亢病程长有关,其他心脏异常尚有窒上性和室性心动过速、房室传导阻滞,二尖瓣脱垂和心肌炎与心包炎等。甲亢心的主要治疗是抗甲状腺治疗。
This article summarizes the clinical manifestations and treatment of 60 cases of hyperthyroid heart disease, and compared with 184 cases of simple hyperthyroidism over the same period, the symptoms and signs of hyperthyroidism seen in the laboratory, there was no significant difference between the two groups. The main manifestations of hyperthyroidism were atrial fibrillation (58.3%), large heart (33.3%) and heart failure (15.0%). The mean age of atrial fibrillation was 55.3 ± 2 years. The heart was associated with long duration of heart failure and hyperthyroidism. Abnormalities are still suffocation and ventricular tachycardia, atrioventricular block, mitral valve prolapse and myocarditis and pericarditis. The main treatment of hyperthyroid heart is anti-thyroid treatment.
