针对传统测试方法在测量精度、人机操作方面的不足,本文设计了一种利用Lab VIEW软件开发设计的铝电解槽带电焊接装置测试系统人机界面。该系统采用modbus rtu协议进行数据通信,具有模拟铝电解槽相关参数进行上位机测试;模拟上位机实现采集数据的显示以及现场参数的控制等功能。该测试系统的人机界面成本低,使用方便灵活,可实时显示电压、温度、档位,设置测试所需电压温度档位的值。利用Lab VIEW进行系统设计,使系统具有较好的人机界面,后期修改、扩展容易。
In view of the shortcomings of the traditional test methods in measurement accuracy and man-machine operation, this paper designed a test system human-machine interface of aluminum electrolytic cell live welding device which was developed by Lab VIEW software. The system uses modbus rtu protocol for data communications, with simulated aluminum cell parameters for PC testing; simulation host computer to achieve the collection of data display and field parameters control and other functions. The test system’s low-cost man-machine interface, easy to use and flexible, real-time display of voltage, temperature, gear, set the voltage required for testing the temperature gear value. The use of Lab VIEW system design, the system has a good man-machine interface, the latter revision, easy to expand.
