Because of the complicated structure of CPU, it is impossible to teach a certain kind of CPU intact in the “Principles of Computer Composition” class. On the other hand, the computer composing principle class only focuses on clarifying aspects of CCP commonality, There is no need to deal with aspects of a CPU feature too much, so most of the Computer Organization Principles textbooks give a model machine, or a hypothetical machine, in an attempt to clarify the basic composition of the CPU and the process of instruction execution. These model machines are relatively simple, leaving only the most basic and common part of the CPU. Some of the textbooks on the principle of the textbooks involved most of the model machine to 8-bit machine as the prototype, only a few instructions, too simple; although some textbooks to 80X86 as the prototype, but at the level of machine language and 8086 basically the same, it is very complicated.
