理论分析了对旋风机气动噪声的产生机理,采用CFD软件的FW-H模型数值计算了对旋风机不同工况下的气动噪声。气动噪声预测结果与实验值相吻合,随着流量的减小涡流噪声增强,通过分析可知,叶顶及叶片前缘,尤其吸力面是主要噪声源。降低风机气动噪声可以从优化气动参数,改善风机内部流场入手。
The generation mechanism of the aerodynamic noise of the cyclone is analyzed theoretically. The aerodynamic noise of the cyclone under different operating conditions is calculated by the FW-H model of the CFD software. The results of aerodynamic noise prediction are consistent with the experimental values. With the decrease of the flow rate, the eddy noise is enhanced. It can be seen from the analysis that the leading edge of the blade and the leading edge of the blade, especially the suction surface, are the main noise sources. Reducing fan aerodynamic noise can start from optimizing the aerodynamic parameters and improving the flow field inside the fan.
