1982与1986年,我室曾先后调查了我市中等生活水平居民区的6所小学共640名二年级学生的营养状况,发现一些直接影响少年儿童健康成长的问题,应引起社会、学校和广大学生家长关注。一、目前小学生营养中的主要问题 (一)部分小学生营养摄入量不足。我们在调查中发现大部分学生摄入的热量与蛋白质尚待提高,普遍存在钙、动物性铁、维生素A与B_2不足的现象。1986年摄入量较1982年虽有所提高,但平均每日由三餐膳食中摄入的热能与蛋白质,只能达到营养供给标准的80%,加上课间加餐,可达供给标准的
In 1982 and 1986, our school had investigated the nutritional status of 640 second-year students in 6 primary schools in the city’s middle-level residential areas. We found that some issues that directly affect the healthy growth of children and adolescents should cause problems in society, schools and the general public. Parents’ attention. I. Major problems in the nutrition of primary school students (1) The nutritional intake of some elementary school students is insufficient. In our investigation, we found that most of the students’ intake of calories and protein still needs to be improved, and calcium, animal iron, insufficient vitamin A and B_2 are common.
