研究了C60 掺杂酞菁铜 (CuPc)双层光导体的光电特性 ,实验结果表明C60 掺杂后 ,可提高其光电性能。对C60 掺杂酞菁铜的表面增强拉曼光谱 (SERS)研究显示 ,C60 与酞菁铜之间生成了电荷转移较小、结构比较松散的分子间电荷转移复合物。
The photoelectric properties of C60 doped copper phthalocyanine (CuPc) double-layer photoconductor were studied. The experimental results show that the C60 doped with CuPc can improve its photoelectric properties. Surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) studies of C60-doped copper phthalocyanine show that intermolecular charge-transfer complexes with small charge-transfer and relatively loose structures are formed between C60 and copper phthalocyanine.
