采用自行改造的多弧—磁控溅射离子镀膜机在铸铁活塞环表面进行Ti TiN多层镀研究 ,并运用实验手段对膜层的组织、相结构、显微硬度、膜—基复合强度、内应力 ,以及活塞环—缸套摩擦副的磨损量进行分析 ,结果表明采用多弧—磁控溅射复合工艺在铸铁活塞环表面沉积膜厚大于4μm的Ti TiN多层复合镀层是可行的 ,该工艺能明显改善活塞环—缸套摩擦副的耐磨性。
The Ti TiN multi-layer plating on the surface of the cast iron piston ring was studied by self-modified multi-arc-magnetron sputtering ion plating machine. The microstructure, phase structure, microhardness, film- Internal stress and wear amount of piston ring and cylinder liner friction pair were analyzed. The results show that it is feasible to deposit Ti TiN multi-layer composite coating with thickness greater than 4μm on the surface of cast iron piston ring by multi-arc-magnetron sputtering composite process, The process can significantly improve the wear resistance of the piston ring - cylinder liner friction pair.
