职业倦怠是指个体无法应付外界超出个人能量和资源的过度要求时,所产生的生理、情绪情感、行为等方面的身心耗竭状态。主要表现为:1.情绪衰竭。倦怠的个体压力维度,个体情绪和情感处于极度疲劳状态,情感资源干涸,教育教学工作热情丧失。2.去人性化。倦怠的人际关系维度表现为个体以一种消极的、否定的、麻木不仁的态度和情感去对待师生,甚至把同伴,学生看成一件没有生命的物体。3.个人成就感降低。倦怠的自我评价维度,表现为个体对工作的意义和价值的评价下降,自我效能感丧失,时常感觉到无法胜任,从而在工作中体会不到成就感,不愿付出努力。4.知识枯竭。不能适应社会的快速变革和知识的急剧更新,难以应付学生的问题,再学习能力差,知识上有枯竭感等。
