Noncompaction of the ventricular myocardium is arare form of congenital cardiomyopathy with a highincidence of cardiovascular complications.It frequentlymanifests in an isolated form,namely isolatednoncompaction of the ventricular myocardium.Not onlydoes noncompaction of the ventricular myocardiumassociate with other congenital cardiac malformations,but also with other neuromuscular disorders.The purposeof this study was to explore the correlation ofhypogenetic lung with myocardial noncompaction interms of the clinical course of one of our patients.
