普通高校医学成人教育做为医学教育事业的一部分 ,它担负着对我国广大基层医疗从业人员的再培训任务。担负着解决我国广大农村“缺医少药”问题的重任 ,对提高广大医护人员的医疗水平和总体素质起着关键作用 ,直接关系到广大人民群众的身体健康 ,应实事求是地按教育规律办事 ,处理好高等医学成人教育的质与量的关系问题 ,是目前普通高校医学成人教育发展的重要问题。
As an integral part of medical education, adult medical education in ordinary colleges and universities shoulders the task of retraining the majority of primary medical practitioners in our country. Shoulder the heavy responsibility of solving the problem of “lacking medical treatment and less medicine” in the vast rural areas of our country, play a key role in improving the medical standards and overall quality of the general medical and nursing personnel, have a direct bearing on the general health of the general public, act according to the law of education in an honest and truth- To deal with the relationship between the quality and quantity of adult medical education in higher medical education is an important issue for the development of medical adult education in ordinary colleges and universities.
