智力技能是智力活动的主要方式 ,是人的能力构成主要因素之一。人的能力培养 ,首先应该是智力技能的培养。智力技能的培养过程实质上是学生剖析事物、认清本质、掌握规律、获得经验的过程。智力技能是通过练习而形成的 ,并通过其正向迁移使先前知识对后学知识的掌握起到促进作用。在成人教育中 ,学生大多数来自于生产第一线 ,毕业后也将直接服务于社会 ,因此能力的培养就显得更为重要。作为能力构成因素之一的智力技能的培养 ,应成为施教过程中的首要问题。 Intelligence skills are the main ways of intellectual activities and constitute one of the main factors of human capabilities. Personnel training, first of all, should be the cultivation of mental skills. Intellectual skills training process is essentially a student analysis of things, a clear understanding of the law, to gain experience in the process. Intelligence skills are formed through practice, and through their positive migration, prior knowledge contributes to the mastery of later knowledge. In adult education, the majority of students come from the front line of production. After graduation, they also serve the society directly. Therefore, the cultivation of ability is even more important. The cultivation of intellectual skills as one of the components of ability should become the primary problem in teaching.
