2001年11月15日,外经贸部副部长孙振宇在国务院新闻办举行的记者招待会上说,今年以来,尽管全球高新技术产业发展减缓,我国高新技术产品出口继续保持快速发展势头。据海关统计,今年1到10月我国高新技术产品出口364.65亿美元,同比增长23.6％,增幅高于全国外贸出口17.5个百分点,占全国外贸出口的比重达16.8％。前10个月高新技术产品出口增加额占到我国外贸出口增长总额的64.8％,成为拉动我国出口增长的重要力量。
On November 15, 2001, Sun Zhenyu, vice minister of foreign trade and economic cooperation, told a news conference held by the Information Office of the State Council that since the beginning of this year, despite the slowdown of the global high-tech industry, the export of high-tech products in our country has maintained a momentum of rapid development. According to the statistics of the Customs, from January to October this year, China’s exports of high-tech products reached 36.465 billion U.S. dollars, up 23.6 percent over the same period of the previous year, an increase of 17.5 percentage points higher than the national total, accounting for 16.8 percent of China’s total foreign trade exports. In the first 10 months, the increase in exports of hi-tech products accounted for 64.8% of China’s total export growth, becoming an important force driving China’s export growth.
