①目的研究人膀胱肿瘤对化疗药物反应性,筛选对个体敏感的化疗药物。②方法采用四氮唑蓝(MTT)法对手术切除的27例膀胱肿瘤新鲜标本进行顺铂(DDP)、保尔佳(polyerga)、丝裂霉素(MMC)、噻替哌(THT)、阿霉素(ADM)和足叶乙甙(VP-16)的抗癌药物敏感试验。③结果27例中对3种药物敏感者10例,占37.0%;敏感药物顺序依次为:DDP,polyerga,MMC,THT,ADM和VP-16,与临床治疗结果大致相符。④结论MTT法可以作为化疗药物敏感试验的检测方法,为临床科学合理地选择用药提供依据。
①Objective To study the responsiveness of human bladder cancer to chemotherapeutic drugs and to screen the chemotherapeutic drugs that are sensitive to the individual. Methods Twenty-seven freshly resected specimens of bladder tumor were treated with MTT (DDP, polyerga, mitomycin, thretide, Adriamycin (ADM) and etoposide (VP-16) anti-cancer drug sensitivity test. ③ Results Twenty-seven patients were sensitive to three drugs, accounting for 37.0%. The order of the sensitive drugs was DDP, polyerga, MMC, THT, ADM and VP-16, which were in good agreement with clinical results. ④ Conclusion MTT assay can be used as a sensitive test of chemotherapeutic drugs for clinical scientific and rational choice of medication to provide the basis.
