我国正常人血清(或血浆)中游离氨基酸浓度分析的报告甚少。本文首次报告用LKB-4400型氨基酸分析仪锂盐系统测定了上海地区52名正常成人(男19名,女33名)血清游离氨基酸浓度,结果17种氨基酸浓度与Armstrong和Stave报道的美国正常人血浆游离氨基酸浓度相近,但天门冬酰胺浓度高于美国人;发现16种氨基酸浓度有男女差别,即男性高于女性,而甘氨酸的男女差别与美国报告相反。差异的原因可能与血清、血浆样品不同或技术上的因索有关。
China’s normal serum (or plasma) in the analysis of free amino acid concentration rarely reported. In this paper, we first reported the serum free amino acid concentrations of 52 normal adults (19 males and 33 females) in Shanghai using LKB-4400 Amino Acid Analyzer lithium salt system. The results showed that the 17 amino acid concentrations were similar to those reported by Armstrong and Stave Plasma concentrations of free amino acids were similar, but asparagine concentrations were higher than those in the United States. A difference of 16 amino acid concentrations was found for men and women, ie men were higher than women, whereas differences in men and women for glycine were the opposite of those reported by the United States. The cause of the discrepancy may be related to serum, plasma samples, or technical factors.
