构建中国特色、符合中国国情的学习型社会是中国共产党第十六次代表大会提出的建设全面小康社会的目标之一。构建学习型社会,无论是从现实性上还是从理论方面,都需要我们进行研究与探讨。本文探索性地从马克思主义人学角度阐述了学习型社会所蕴含的人学意蕴,并提出把马克思主义人学理论与构建学习型社会实践结合起来,以解放人的个性为思想导向、以满足人的需要为现实导向、以促进人的全面发展为目标导向。
The construction of a learning society with Chinese characteristics that is in keeping with China’s national conditions is one of the goals set by the 16th Congress of the Communist Party of China in building an overall well-to-do society. Building a learning society, whether from the reality or from the theory, we need to research and discussion. This essay explores the implication of human learning implicit in learning society from the perspective of Marxist human learning and puts forward that combining Marxist human learning theory with constructing learning social practice and taking the emancipation of personality as ideological guidance to satisfy The needs of the people are oriented towards the reality and for promoting the all-round development of the people.
