目的 建立了单扫描示波极谱法测定血清中佐匹克隆的方法。方法 样品在pH 6 .86条件下用二氯甲烷 /异戊醇 (98∶2 )提取 ,在 0 .1mol/L盐酸溶液中用单扫描示波极谱法测定佐匹克隆的导数波高。结果 导数波高与佐匹克隆浓度在 0 0 3mg/L~ 5mg/L范围内呈线性关系 ,最低检出浓度为 0 .0 2mg/L。平均提取回收率为 78.9% ,相对标准差为 4.9%。 结论 本方法简便快速 ,可用于血清中佐匹克隆的测定
Objective To establish a method for the determination of zopiclone in serum by single-sweep oscillopolarography. Methods Samples were extracted with dichloromethane / isoamyl alcohol (98: 2) at pH 6 .86 and the derivative wave height of zopiclone was determined by single sweep oscillopolarography in 0.1 mol / L hydrochloric acid. Results The wave height of derivative was linear with the concentration of zopiclocin in the range of 0 0 3 mg / L to 5 mg / L with the lowest detected concentration of 0. 02mg / L. The average extraction recovery was 78.9% with a relative standard deviation of 4.9%. Conclusion This method is simple and rapid and can be used for the determination of zopiclone in serum
