随着经济的发展和经济全球化的推动,经济法在经济建设和社会发展中发挥着非常重要的作用。我国经济法的起步较晚,并且在发展的过程中与西方国家存在大的差异。计划经济向市场经济的过度时期是我国经济法的产生时期,我国国情和经济体制的特殊性,也使得经济法在我国的发展历程十分曲折,但是对我国的经济发展仍然发挥着重要的促进作用。本文分析了我国经济法发展的历史起点和实践路径,以供参考。
With the development of economy and the promotion of economic globalization, economic law plays a very important role in economic construction and social development. China’s economic law started relatively late, and there are big differences with western countries in the process of development. The excessive period from planned economy to market economy is the birth period of our country’s economic law. The particularity of China’s national conditions and economic system also make the development of economic law in our country very tortuous, but it still plays an important role in promoting the economic development of our country . This article analyzes the historical starting point and practical path of the development of economic law in our country for reference.
