全面深化教育领域改革是中共六盘水市六届五次全会上令人眼睛为之一亮的闪光点,可以说把住了教育的病脉,开出了一剂良方,值得期待,值得研讨。本文从优先发展教育、正确选择教育经费支出方式、优化教育经费投资结构三个方面阐述了如何深化教育领域改革这个问题。
Deepening the reform in the field of education in an all-round way is the bright spot in the Fifth Plenary Session of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 6th Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party in Liupanshui. It can be argued that it has taken the path of education out of a prescription and is worth looking forward to for discussion. This article elaborates how to deepen the reform in the field of education from three aspects: giving priority to education, choosing the mode of education expenditure, and optimizing the investment structure of education funds.
