近几年,国家在强力的推进城镇化建设,其中不可避免的要面对征地的问题。在我国,每年因为征地而产生的政府和被征地人民之间的冲突事件屡见不鲜。如何切实保护被征地人民的自身利益,如何才能使国家的征地补偿费落实到实处,成为了各地政府摆在桌面上的一道难题。据悉,90%的被征地人民的抵触情绪是由于征地补偿费的不够合理造成的。如何加强征地补偿费的管理是国家在推进城镇化建设中必须解决的一个障碍。本文通过简单地分析村集体征地补偿费的使用情况,为未来制定更合理的征地补偿办法做相应的参考。
In recent years, the state has vigorously promoted urbanization and inevitably faced the problem of land acquisition. In our country, clashes between the government and the people who have been requisitioned each year because of land acquisition are not uncommon. How to effectively protect the self-interest of the expropriated people and how to make the state’s compensation for land expropriation implemented can be a difficult problem that the local governments put on the tabletop. It is reported that 90% of the land expropriated people’s resistance is due to the lack of reasonable compensation for land acquisition. How to Strengthen the Management of Compensation for Land Expropriation Is an Obstacle that the Country Must Solve in Promoting Urbanization. In this paper, by simply analyzing the use of the compensation fee for the land requisitioned by the village collective, this paper makes a corresponding reference for formulating a more reasonable method of compensation for land acquisition in the future.
