地方法治建设是国家法治建设最前沿的探索和实践。各个地方的法治建设只能依赖于以法治国家为整体目标,结合地方自身实际开展具体的、实践性探索。不断加强地方党委和各级党组织对法治建设的领导,努力提高“法治乐山”建设总体规划的科学性,加强职能部门及其工作人员法治思维和法治方式能力建设,积极培育社会公众的法律信仰和法治意识,从而推动整个国家的法治化。
The construction of local laws by law is the forefront exploration and practice of the rule of law in our country. The construction of the rule of law in various places can only rely on taking the rule of law as the overall goal and conducting concrete and practical explorations in the light of the local reality. We will continue to strengthen the leadership of the local party committees and party organizations at all levels on the rule of law and strive to improve the scientific nature of the overall planning of “Leshan under the rule of law” so as to strengthen the capacity building of the rule of law and the rule of law in functional departments and their staff and actively cultivate the public Legal beliefs and awareness of the rule of law, thus promoting the rule of law throughout the country.
