小浪底泄洪项目是小浪底工程土建项目中投资最大、结构最为复杂的部分， 其车间图具有量大且集中的特点。针对其自身特点设计的车间图管理数据库， 采用承包商已有 Ｅｘｃｅｌ 电子表格作为数据库入口条件， 大大减轻了录入的工作量， 再通过检错功能， 提高数据可信度。该数据库除具备 Ｖｉｓｕａｌｆｏｘｐｒｏ ３０ 本身提供的排序、索引、过滤、查找等功能外， 还采用图形界面与传统的结构化程序相结合的方法。从而协调了承包商的车间图制作与审查部分， 设计分院的审图部门及工程师内部相关部门的相互关系， 将数目庞大的图纸制作、审查、发布情况有效地进行管理。
