江苏省宿迁市社会组织服务中心(以下简称中心)成立于2014年10月,是宿迁市加快社会组织培育发展的一项重点创新工程。中心总建筑面积5000平方米,分为公共服务区、孵化培育区、组织办公区等三大功能区。中心结合宿迁城市化发展现状,以“培育社会组织、创新社会服务”为使命,以实践社会组织“经社二重性”为目标,采取“政府扶持、专业运行、项目合作”的模式,目前已经建成全国首家资格资质去行政化改革实践基地,中心现开展了社会组织孵化器、社会组织诊断室、社会组织人才训练营、社会组织项目创意厅、
