目的了解潍坊市2006-2013年风疹的流行病学特征,为预防控制风疹提供科学依据。方法对潍坊市2006-2013年风疹疫情资料进行描述性流行病学分析。结果潍坊市2006-2013年累计报告风疹发病875例,年均发病率为1.2266/10万。2006-2013年发病率(/10万)分别为0.21、0.24、0.18、7.46、0.35、0.80、0.10、0.53。2006-2013年年均发病率(/10万)较高的有奎文区10.36,潍城区6.45,寒亭区4.49,坊子区1.84;男性发病514例,女性发病361例,男、女性发病率(/10万)分别为1.45、1.05;年龄别发病率(/10万)0~9岁为1.10,10~14岁为1.62,15~24岁为5.99,25~34岁为0.87,35岁以上为0.06。875例病人中,3-6月发病的占85.71%;学生占57.47%,工人占9.37%,商业服务人员占6.17%,散居儿童占5.71%,农民占5.37%,托幼儿童占1.49%,其他占14.40%;有免疫史的占42.17%,无免疫史的占8.34%,免疫史不详的占49.48%。结论潍坊市15~24岁年龄段以及学生为风疹的高发人群。在做好常规免疫的基础上,应针对重点人群进行风疹疫苗的查漏补种工作,加强疫情监测,预防风疹暴发,减少先天性风疹综合征的发生。
Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of rubella in Weifang from 2006 to 2013 and provide a scientific basis for prevention and control of rubella. Methods Descriptive epidemiological data of epidemic situation of rubella in Weifang from 2006 to 2013 were analyzed. Results Weifang City reported a total of 875 cases of rubella in 2006-2013, with an average annual incidence of 1.2266 / 100000. The average annual incidence rate (/ 100,000) from 2006 to 2013 was respectively 0.21, 0.24, 0.18, 7.66, 0.35, 0.80, 0.10, 0.53. The average annual incidence rate (/ 100,000) from 2006 to 2013 was higher in Kuiwen District 10.36 , 6.45 in Weicheng District, 4.49 in Hanting District and 1.84 in Fangzi District. There were 514 cases of male onset and 361 cases of female disease. The incidence rates of male and female (/ 100,000) were 1.45 and 1.05, respectively; 0 to 9 years old was 1.10, 10 to 14 years old was 1.62, 15 to 24 years old was 5.99, 25 to 34 years old was 0.87, 35 years old was 0.06.875 cases, the incidence of 3-6 months accounted for 85.71%; students Accounting for 57.47%, workers accounting for 9.37%, commercial service personnel accounting for 6.17%, scattered children accounted for 5.71%, farmers accounted for 5.37%, child care accounted for 1.49%, the other accounted for 14.40%; 42.17% of immunization history, no history of immunization Accounted for 8.34%, unknown history of immunization accounted for 49.48%. Conclusion Weifang 15 ~ 24 age group and the students are high incidence of rubella. On the basis of good routine immunization, we should carry out the leak detection and replanting of rubella vaccine for key populations, strengthen the surveillance of epidemic situation, prevent the outbreak of rubella and reduce the occurrence of congenital rubella syndrome.
