现代管理强调以人为本,在很大程度上管理的科学性就在于用人的科学性,管理的艺术性就在于用人的艺术性。文章对辩证处理人才的“留”与“流”,进行了具体的分析。
Modern management emphasizes people-oriented, to a large extent the scientific nature of management lies in the scientific nature of employing people.
