听课笔记是听课者对所听课堂教学过程真实的记录和反思,写好听课笔记有利于客观地评价所听课之感受,认真反思所听课之效果,有助于提高自己评课的能力和教学业务水平。因此,我们应认真写好听课笔记。但在实践中, 我们发现有些教师写听课笔记,如记流水账一般,只记录课堂教学过程,没有实实在在地记录师生活动中的优劣得失,没有听课“评析”或“建议”、“反思”,所以,无法实现听课之本意。在实践中,我们认为写听课笔记应做到“三要三勿”。
