利用热模拟技术研究了焊后冷却速度对大型石油储罐用钢焊接热影响区组织性能的影响。研究发现:随着冷速的降低,焊接热影响区的硬度显著降低,焊接热影响区的主要组织由板条贝氏体到粒状贝氏体再到针状铁素体。
The effect of cooling rate after welding on the microstructure and properties of heat-affected zone of steel for large petroleum storage tanks was studied by using thermal simulation technique. The results show that with the decrease of cooling rate, the hardness of HAZ decreases significantly, and the main structure of HAZ from lath bainite to granular bainite to acicular ferrite.
