硼对棉花花粉粒及叶柄解剖结构的影响

在土培条件下,用严重缺硼的石灰性紫色土为供试土壤,研究了缺硼及硼中毒对棉花花粉粒形态及叶柄组织解剖结构的影响。结果表明,严重缺硼时(土壤含B为0.13ppm),花粉粒空瘪,内含物缺乏。叶柄组织结构不清,细胞形状不规则,排列紊乱。叶柄组织存在着许多严重变形的条带,在这些条带上,组织破裂,细胞坏死而变成深褐色,输导组织细胞横向或杂乱排列;叶柄细胞中还存在大量颗粒状淀积物,其中以髓部细胞中最多。硼中毒对棉花花粉粒的形态及叶柄组织解剖结构均无影响。 Under the conditions of soil culture, the seriously boron-deficient calcareous purple soil was used as tested soil to study the effects of boron deficiency and boron poisoning on the morphology of pollen grains and the anatomical structure of petiole. The results showed that, in the case of severe boron deficiency (soil containing B 0.13ppm), the pollen grains were empty and the contents were deficient. Petiole tissue structure is unclear, irregular cell shape, disordered arrangement. There were many severely deformed bands in the petiole tissue, where the tissue ruptured, the cells became necrotic and became dark brown, and the transplanted tissue cells were laterally or irregularly arranged. There were also a large number of granular deposits in the petiole cells, of which Most of the cells in the pulp. Boron poisoning did not affect the morphology of pollen grains and the anatomy of petioles.
