甲硝唑G注射液已广泛应用于临床,但在配制过程中进行活性炭处理时,能引起甲硝唑含量降低。1仪器与试药7530C型分光光度计(惠普上海分析仪器有限公司)甲硝唑(丽珠集团科益药业有限公司。批号:0103201)注射葡萄糖(重庆大新药业股份有限公司,批号:000825)针剂用活性炭(杭州木材加工厂,批号:000120)。2方法与结果2.1活性炭对甲硝唑G注射液中甲硝唑的吸附将甲硝唑溶于适量热水中,加葡萄糖溶解,配成含甲硝唑0.2%,葡萄糖5%的溶液,精密量取溶液分别置于3个烧杯中,加入不同量的活性炭,置80℃水浴中搅拌吸附15min后,过滤,滤液冷却后至室温后,测定甲硝唑含量,结果见表
