目的 :为临床治疗提供解剖学依据。方法 :通过 78例颅骨标本 ,观测卵圆孔的形态、大小、深度及其周围结构与卵圆孔穿刺路径的关系。结果 :卵圆孔呈椭圆形、圆形、梨形、肾形 ,孔相对较大 ,容易穿刺 ;卵圆孔呈长条形 ,孔扁小 ,穿刺难度大。卵圆孔管道短 ,穿刺针方向容易偏斜 ,卵圆孔管道长 ,穿刺针方向比较固定 ,不易偏斜。结论 :卵圆孔的解剖特点在射频温控热凝术治疗三叉神经痛的卵圆孔穿刺中对穿刺的准确性有重要的价值。
Objective: To provide anatomical basis for clinical treatment. Methods: The morphology, size, depth of the foramen ovale and the relationship between its surrounding structure and the foramen ovale puncture path were examined by using 78 skull specimens. Results: The foramen ovale was oval, round, pear-shaped, kidney-shaped, the hole was relatively large, easy to puncture; foramen ovale elongated, hole flat small, difficult to puncture. Pores short hole, easy to bias the direction of the puncture needle, foramen ovale long, puncture needle more fixed direction, not easy to skew. CONCLUSION: The anatomic features of foramen ovale are of great value in the accuracy of puncture in the foramen ovale punctures in the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia by radiofrequency thermocoagulation.
