目的:通过瞬态VEP和稳态VEP检查鉴别各种视神经疾病。方法:对三种视神经疾病(视神经炎、缺血性视神经病变、视乳头水肿)及正常对照组进行了瞬态图形VEP检查,各组随机抽取10只眼进行稳态图形VEP和稳态闪光VEP检查。结果:三种视神经疾病与对照组比较,视神经炎的瞬态图形VEP中的P100波潜伏期明显延长,振幅轻度降低;稳态图形VEP和稳态闪光VEP表现为相位延迟、振幅降低及多峰波;缺血性视神经病变的瞬态图形VEP中P100波为振幅降低而潜伏期正常,稳态图形VEP和稳态闪光VEP表现为振幅过低及波形过早衰亡;视乳头水肿各项检查与正常组无明显差别。结论:瞬态VEP与稳态VEP联合应用有益于诊断和鉴别诊断视神经疾病
OBJECTIVE: To identify various optic nerve diseases by transient VEP and steady-state VEP examination. Methods: Transient pattern VEP was performed on three types of optic neuropathy (optic neuritis, ischemic optic neuropathy, papilledema) and normal control group. Ten eyes of each group were randomly selected for steady-state pattern VEP and steady-state flash VEP an examination. Results: Compared with the control group, the latent period of P100 wave in VEP of the optic neuritis was significantly prolonged and the amplitude was slightly decreased. The steady-state pattern VEP and steady-state flash VEP showed phase delay, amplitude decrease and multi-peak Wave; ischemic optic neuropathy transient pattern VEP P100 wave amplitude decreased while the normal latency, steady-state graphics VEP and steady-state flash VEP showed low amplitude and waveform premature death; papilledema check and normal No significant difference between groups. Conclusion: The combination of transient VEP and steady-state VEP is beneficial for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of optic neuropathy
