N-苯甲酰-苯基羟胺(简称BPHA)广泛用作高价金属离子的沉淀剂、萃取剂、显色剂,已有评述.用于萃取—分光光度测定铌、钛、钒、铁均有很好的选择性.但萃取操作较烦,重现性较差,而且卤代烃有机溶剂(如氯仿、四氯化碳)对操作人员健康有害.本文试图以非离子型表面活性剂Triton X-100作增溶剂用分光光度法研究Fe(Ⅲ)-BPHA-Triton X-100水相显色反应的形成条件与络合物组成比并制订了直接用BPHA在水相中测定微量铁的操作步骤.方法的选择性,再现性和准确性均很好,用于50种食品中微量铁的测定获得令人满意的结果.
