Situs inversus totalis,which refers to a mirror-imagereversal of the normal position of the internal organs,is rare and confusing.It is often associated with otheranomalies,which may disturb the surgical procedure fordiseases.Posttraumatic pseudoaneurysm of replacedhepatic artery in situs inversus totalis is extremely rare.Inthe present report,we describe a case of traumatichemobilia from pseudoaneurysm of replaced hepaticartery in a child with situs inversus totalis,which wasmanaged successfully by superselective embolization.
