教师要正确对待学生个性,并积极发展学生的个性,为学生开辟个性发展的广阔天地,给学生提供个性发展的良好机会。这个要求落实到课堂教学中,就是要实施个性化教学,即以学生的个性差异为依据,运用个性化的教学方法、策略和技术,促使每一个学生都找到适合个性才能发展的独特领域。作者结合教学实践就如何在数学课堂教学中实施个性化教学谈了体会。
Teachers should treat students’ personality properly, and actively develop the personality of students, open up a vast world of individual development for students, and provide students with good opportunities for individual development.
