缺血性眼病( IOP)是眼缺血的总称,主要包括视网膜中央动脉阻塞、视网膜分支动脉阻塞(BRAO)、缺血性视神经病变(ION)及眼缺血综合征等,为眼科常见病、多发病[1,2].在眼部发生IOP时,大多数患者脑血管系统也出现缺血性病变[2].但IOP以视功能障碍为首发症状,其全身症状轻微或还未发生,所以神经系统的相关检查容易被患者本人和服科医师所忽略.为进一步了解IOP与脑血管系统缺血性病变之间的相互关系,我们对一组住院治疗的IOP患者进行头部磁共振成像(MRI)检查.现将结果报道如下.
