1.磨损原因 135柴油机B型喷油泵往柴油机上安装形式为搭子式,以喷油泵壳体下弧面定位。长期使用后,尤其是在搭子螺栓松动的情况下,弧面与喷油泵安装托架结合处常磨损出环状带,严重时环状带磨损量常达0.3~1.5毫米。喷油泵位置下降,驱动喷油泵的被动接盘或提前器中心轴线下移,导致与主动接盘中心轴线的同轴度超差。主动接盘除了给被动接盘一个旋转力矩外,还要给凸轮轴前轴一个向上托起的径向力,
