四年制高职是培养兼具理论素养和较高实践操作能力的高素质技术型人才的本科层次的高等职业教育,它有别于专科高职与普通本科。本文介绍了四年制高职人才培养的必要性和重要性,并以浙江机电职业技术学院为例,从人才培养定位、人才培养模式、课程设置、教学模式以及教学团队的设置等方面探讨了四年制高职人才培养的具体做法,具有一定的借鉴意义。
Four-year vocational college is to cultivate high-quality technical talents with both theoretical accomplishment and high practical ability of higher education undergraduate level, which is different from specialist vocational and general undergraduate. This paper introduces the necessity and importance of four-year vocational talents training. Taking Zhejiang Electrical and Mechanical Vocational and Technical College as an example, this paper discusses from the aspects of personnel training orientation, personnel training mode, curriculum setting, teaching mode and teaching team setting Four-year vocational training of personnel practices, has some reference.
