中国石油炼油与销售分公司按照“成品油营销管理信息系统建设方案设计”的设想,在销售企业中实施了成品油配送系统、批发管理系统、零售管理系统、客户管理系统、系统集成平台,和决策分析等系统,这些系统对目前成品油销售业务管理提供了全面支持。本文从销售过程控制管理的角度,对“成品油营销管理信息系统建设方案设计”中的“批发管理系统”在业务操作层面上的实施作一探讨。
PetroChina’s Refining and Marketing Branch implemented the refined oil distribution system, wholesale management system, retail management system, customer management system, system integration platform, and system integration platform in the sales enterprises in accordance with the concept of “Designing Marketing Oilfield Management Information System” Decision analysis and other systems, these systems provide comprehensive support for the management of the refined oil sales business. This article discusses the implementation of the “wholesale management system” in the operational aspects of “the design of the refined oil marketing management information system” from the perspective of the sales process control management.
