目的建立翅茎白粉藤中白黎芦醇的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱XB-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以乙腈-水(25∶75)为流动相,检测波长为306 nm,柱温为室温。结果白黎芦醇在2.50~40.0μg内峰面积与其浓度呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为97.3%,RSD为0.98%(n=6)。结论本方法简便、准确、重复性好,可作为该药材含量测定方法。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of resveratrol in white-winged flounder. Methods The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water (25:75) with column XB-C18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm). The detection wavelength was 306 nm and the column temperature was at room temperature. Results The resveratrol had a good linear relationship (r = 0.999 9) between the peak area of 2.50 ~ 40.0μg and its concentration, with an average recovery of 97.3% and a RSD of 0.98% (n = 6). Conclusion This method is simple, accurate, reproducible, and can be used as a method for the determination of the content of this medicinal material.
