随着汽车持有量不断与日俱增,停车难已经成为城市交通的普遍问题,尤其是大部分中小城市。车辆因寻找停车场而增加盲目绕行距离,从而导致城市路网的交通压力增大,造成交通堵塞,甚至交通事故等。本文从分析PGIS功能和提高停车场利用的角度,提出一个整体性较强,实时动态较为准确、及时的智能停车诱导信息系统,力求在中小城市建设良好交通秩序方面提供一些可行性的方案。
As car ownership continues to increase, parking has become a common problem for urban transport, especially in most small and medium-sized cities. Increasing blind bypass distances for vehicles looking for parking lots have led to increased traffic pressure on urban road networks and traffic jams and even traffic accidents. From the perspective of analyzing the function of PGIS and improving the utilization of parking lot, this paper proposes an intelligent parking guidance information system with strong integrity, real-time dynamic, accurate and timely, and tries to provide some feasible solutions in building a good traffic order in small and medium-sized cities.
