以色列的软件行业之所以蓬勃发展,是因为其软件队伍能够迅速、灵活且有创造性地开发出能够满足用户需求、采纳用户反馈的产品。1996年,以色列百家软件行出口产品的价值为4亿美元,国内外销售额合计已达10亿美元。 然而,这些数字仅反映了这个行业的部分情况,因为它们涉及的是“自成一体”的软件。以色列制造的大多数电子产品中具有的且成为其主要竞争优势的嵌入式软件并不包括在内。事实上,电子行业中每3个工人中就有一个专门从事软件工作。
The reason why Israel’s software industry is thriving is because its software team can quickly, flexibly, and creatively develop products that can meet user needs and adopt user feedback. In 1996, the value of Israel’s 100 software export products was 400 million U.S. dollars, and domestic and international sales totaled 1 billion U.S. dollars. However, these figures reflect only part of the industry, because they involve “self-contained” software. Embedded software that is in most of the electronics products manufactured in Israel and becomes its main competitive advantage is not included. In fact, one out of every three workers in the electronics industry specializes in software.
