在发展空间技术的同时,世界各先进工业国家的固体润滑材料的研究十分活跃,发展也相当迅速。由于固体润滑材料可在高温、高负荷、超低温、超高真空、强氧化或还原、强辐射等环境条件下有效地润滑,突破了油脂润滑的有效极限,为人造卫星、宇宙飞船、星际探测器等空间飞行器的发展所不可缺少。本文简要地叙述了空间环境中的固体润滑问题;介绍了国外有关固体润滑材料在空间飞行器的天线驱动系统、太阳电池帆板机构、滑动电接点、光学仪器驱动机构、温控机构等具体零部件上的应用情况。说明了固体润滑材料在解决空间技术中的润滑问题,以保证空间飞行器上的仪器和设备能完成必要的机械动作中的重要作用。
