自主管理是管理的最高境界。今天,一个企业的成功并不仅取决于严格的制度管理,而在于充分地发挥全体员工的参与意识与自主管理水平,不能自主管理的员工不是好员工,缺乏自主管理的企业也绝不是好企业。只有积极地调动每一个员工的积极性和创造性,形成喷涌的源头,才能为企业的发展源源不断地注入活力。
Self-management is the highest level of management. Today, the success of an enterprise depends not only on strict system management. Instead, it gives full play to the sense of participation and self-management of all employees. Employees who can not manage themselves are not good employees. Enterprises without self-management are definitely not good enterprises. Only by actively mobilizing the enthusiasm and creativity of every employee to form the source of spewing, can we continuously inject vitality into the development of the enterprise.
