对厚壁件焊后校圆焊道开裂的原因进行了分析,并提出相应的改进措施。结果表明,埋弧焊以后焊道存在结晶热裂纹和魏氏体组织是导致厚壁件校圆开裂的主要原因。同时,焊丝合金元素含量偏低,熔合区晶粒度偏大使得焊道力学性能降低,是引起厚壁件焊道开裂的间接原因。对厚壁件从焊接工艺、坡口形式、焊丝选型、时效处理等方面进行相应改进,解决了厚壁件焊后校圆开裂问题。
The reason of cracking of thick round welding after welding is analyzed and the corresponding improvement measures are put forward. The results show that the main reason of the round crack in the thick-walled parts is the existence of the crystal hot cracks and the Westemon microstructure in the weld bead after the submerged arc welding. At the same time, the content of alloying elements in welding wire is too low, and the grain size of fusion zone is too large, which leads to the decrease of mechanical properties of weld bead. The thick-walled parts from the welding process, bevel form, wire selection, aging treatment and other aspects of the corresponding improvements to solve the thick-walled pieces of welding after the round of cracking problems.
