台上道貌岸然的张垂华,台下却忙于用所谓的“网络、机房、网站”这个抓手,搞起“乱爱”信息化。2014年3月初,有关部门对杭州市政府办公厅副主任张垂华作出行政降级(从副局降为正科)处理。此前的1月底,有媒体称,经过纪检监察机关初步核实,杭州市政府办公厅副主任张垂华涉嫌严重违纪,相关部门已对其采取停职检查措施。据该市纪委有关人士透露,其违纪事实与网传的“用网络信息平台勾引女性”有关。
