为分析E- 400 铝合金板翅换热器A流道的爆破失效原因,对A流道中的残留物质进行了各种化学和X 射线分析,进行了A流道实物模拟爆破试验。依据分析和试验结果认定,是流道的堵塞和铝合金翅片的腐蚀导致了该设备A 流道的爆破失效。
In order to analyze the cause of blasting failure of E-400 aluminum plate fin heat exchanger A runner, various chemical and X-ray analyzes of the residual material in A runner were carried out, and physical simulation of A runner blasting test was carried out.
