我厂原设计是加工山东原油250万吨/年的燃料型炼油厂。原油主要靠海运来厂,单一的山东原油远远不能满足我厂的需要,故建厂以来一直搀炼多种原油(如大庆、任丘、仪征等原油)。自1984年三季度又增炼辽河油,开始时由于对炼辽河油的防腐措施毫无准备,造成较大的腐蚀。经过几年的生产、停工检修和检测,初步摸清了加工辽河油时常减压装置的主要腐蚀部位,采取了有效的防腐措施,把常减压装置的设备和工艺管道年腐蚀速率控制在最低限度,确保了装置的长周期安全生产。根据装置的操作温度,年腐蚀速率,粗略地划分几个腐蚀区,如图1原则流程所示。
My factory originally designed to process 2.5 million tons of Shandong crude oil / year fuel-based refinery. Crude oil mainly comes by sea. A single Shandong crude oil can not meet the needs of our factory. Therefore, it has been blending multiple crude oil (such as Daqing, Renqiu and Yizheng crude oil) since its establishment. Since the third quarter of 1984, Liaohe oil was added to the Liaohe Oilfield. At the beginning, due to the lack of preparation for the anticorrosive measures of Liaohe Oil, great corrosion was caused. After several years of production, downtime overhaul and testing, initially discovered the main parts of the Liaohe oil processing plant decompression device to take an effective anti-corrosion measures, the atmospheric and vacuum equipment and process pipe corrosion rate at a minimum Limit, to ensure the long-term safety of the device. According to the operating temperature of the device, the annual corrosion rate, roughly divided into several corrosion zones, as shown in the principle of Figure 1 flow.
